A 32 m² garden apartment where the terrace was large but cut off by the developer's framed door with a small opening. The challenge was to integrate the terrace, create a laundry (nonexistent), enlarge the bathroom and give the bedroom privacy.
""A layout \"re-engineering\". We swapped the frame for a full-opening door, joining terrace and living room. We created the laundry infrastructure from scratch. For privacy, we designed a new wall that \"hides\" the bed, creating a bedroom niche. The multifunctional design includes crates under the bed (which become guest seating) and an enlarged shower box with a built-in bench, proving comfort is possible even in micro-spaces.
