Before any contract, we hold a meeting to present our way of working and understand the client's context. This meeting ensures alignment of expectations, level of involvement and project complexity.
2. PROJECT DIRECTION AND DEVELOPMENT
From the alignment, we begin developing the design based on a technical, functional and aesthetic reading. Each solution is built in an original way, avoiding patterns and generic answers.
3. FURNITURE, DECOR AND DESIGN CURATION
We define furniture, special pieces, decorative lighting and design elements through careful curation. Choices stem from the design, the client's way of living and aesthetic coherence, avoiding excess and isolated decisions. Nothing is chosen by trend. Everything is defined by context.
4. TECHNICAL CONSOLIDATION AND FEASIBILITY
Design and curation decisions are reconciled with technical, financial and executive aspects, ensuring coherence between concept, budget and construction.
5. EXECUTIVE CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION
With the design defined, we coordinate the construction, following suppliers, schedules and technical decisions to ensure execution as planned.
6. COMPLETION AND DELIVERY
We conclude the process with final validations, documentation organization and responsible delivery of the design and the construction.
