APARTAMENTO AB

A 52-year-old apartment, frozen in time, with all of its original infrastructure. The client needed a complete renovation (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, windows) and a new layout to optimize the spaces.
""We carried out a complete retrofit. The floor plan was redrawn: the old service bathroom became a functional laundry area and we created a guest toilet in the living room (with new sanitary infrastructure). The kitchen was integrated into the living room, considerably enlarging the social area. A great surprise was discovering an original parquet floor under the laminate. We sanded and restored it, keeping the \"soul\" of the home and creating a warm counterpoint to the modern design of the new bathrooms and joinery.
