A 50 m² apartment at bare-screed stage, with a restrictive structural floor plan. The client dreamed of a functional gourmet balcony, but the terrace was delivered by the developer without a single infrastructure point (water, sewage or electricity).
""Smart joinery was the key. We designed custom furniture that not only organizes but conceals all the new infrastructure (drywall walls, plumbing and electrical points) required. This let us \"unlock\" the terrace's potential, creating a 100% functional gourmet balcony. The integration was finished with an elegant transition from the kitchen floor (hexagonal porcelain) to the living room's vinyl floor, combining durability and warmth.
