"
A client living in another state entrusted us with their new apartment. The goal was to create a functional, cozy studio with no civil works at all, keeping 100% of the developer's original finishes.
""A project 100% focused on smart joinery, fully managed remotely. To create privacy, we designed an articulated wood panel that \"creates\" the bedroom, separating it from the living room. The kitchen joinery extends and becomes the TV unit and the dining counter, unifying the whole social space. We delivered the apartment immediately, proving a complete design is possible without tearing anything down.
