APARTAMENTO JK
Year: 2022
Location: São Paulo - SP

"
A new apartment with two major floor-plan challenges: the terrace was cut off by a door, and the building only offered a shared laundry, which the client would not accept.
""We removed the door and integrated the terrace into the living room, gaining openness and space for a swing chair. On the terrace, we created a private laundry \"from scratch\", bringing in all the infrastructure (plumbing and electrical) that didn't exist, and hid it inside an elegant cabinet with louvered doors. The L-shaped kitchen has a \"future-proof\" design: the microwave niche is convenient and lets the client swap the fridge for a larger model in the future, with no renovation needed.
