A 24 m² studio for investment. The goal was to create a 100% functional, design-driven space while optimizing the budget (no plaster ceiling and selective use of tiling).
""We used an exposed metalwork structure with glass at the top. This let light through (from the window to the kitchen) and supported the swivel TV. Smart joinery was used to hide the infrastructure. For the design, we used geometric paint on the headboard wall (high impact, low cost) and tiling only in essential areas (shower box and sink front). The project turned out so functional and cozy that the client (an investor) decided to live in it before renting it out.
